  • How should I supply my artwork?
    Go to our Artwork Guidelines Page. You can also upload your artwork here.
  • What type of artwork files do I need to supply?
    We only accept Artwork files as High Res Pdfs.
  • How should I layout my pages?
    We require files supplied as single pages. With all pages in the one document. However, cover pages may be supplied in a separate document to the text pages.
  • Does Projectprint Group offer an artwork or artfix service?
    Yes Projectprint Group can offer an artfix service at the cost of $28 per job on any product in our Express 24 hours product range. But the artfix service may delay next day delivery. Projectprint Group also offers a full artwork service on our Calendar products and provides Templates and assistance on a number of printed products.
  • Where will you ship to?
    We ship Australia wide, preferably using Road Express with Insurance and tracking.
  • Can I pickup and collect?
    Yes. So long as you advise when placing order. Make sure you select pick up as your shipping option.
  • Will you ship to multiple locations?
    Yes, we are often asked to breakdown jobs and send direct to distributors or Interstate Representatives. Make sure you provide these details when ordering. You can add extra order notes when uploading your artwork.
